Review Process

  • Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
  • All papers must be written in English & Arabic.
  • The review process is single-blind, i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers.
  • The submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent referees.
  • The acceptance rate will be kept at 55%.
  • The similarity rate should be less than 20% with references at most.
  • The paper pages count must not exceed 10 pages at most.
  • Format your paper based on springer template. You can get the template via the following link: https://confmanage.com/conference/downloads?id=31  
  • You have to make sure that all the tables and figures are cited in the texts (for example you can say as shown in table 1 below, and for figures, you can say as shown in figure 1) and all figures and tables must have numbers, and captions and numbered correctly.
  • You have to make sure that all the references used in the texts are available in the references list‎ and all the references available in the references list are used in the texts. This is a must for the publication.
